DO NOT COME! I purchased 4 new tires from them and they damaged two of my wheels during installation and refused to admit!

I made an appointment to rotate my tire. During check-in I was informed, I have to wait two hours. It appeared too much for me, still I was waiting. After more than two hours, I checked by myself and appeared the work was done. I proceeded to the front desk and told them looks the work already done. They said yes and gave me the key and some papers. Looking at the paper, it appeared work was done 15 ~ 20 mins ago, but I was not informed and kept me waiting. Mr Costco Tire center you should know that time is valuable for the customer as well. I was very annoyed to see that I was not informed although the work was done and I my self needed to check and proceed to the front desk to let them know the work looks like done.

Craig at Redmond Auto Center is an outstanding role model for all Costco employees. One of my car tires was leaking air at the parking lot, and when I spoke with him, he was patient, direct, and took prompt action. He adjusted the pressure in all my tires and clearly explained the next steps if needed. He demonstrated Costco’s commitment to courteous and professional customer service. Hope we can encounter More Costco employees like Craig!

Last time I came in for my free tire rotation (since I bought the tires at Costco), it took 1.5 hours. As soon as I drive away, the TPMS went off, and I discovered that they had overinflated one of the tires by 6 pounds. 7/28/25. I find myself once again at the Redmond Costco tire center, not by choice, but because I ended up at Costco with a flat tire. If the counter service moved any slower, it would go backwards. It took at least 30 minutes to get served. Update: after the tire repair, I started noticing vibration in the steering wheel. Took it to another place, and when they got a look inside, they asked if a baboon had balanced my tires. Nope, just Costco. Someone had apparently just kept adding weights, and not done a good job of it to boot.

I brought my car in for new tires today which I ordered online. I wish I had returned to Costco Kirkland but I chose Costco Redmond because it had earlier appointments available. The installation seemed to go fine and took around 90 minutes to 2 hours but they forgot to put the hubcaps back on correctly. The left front hubcap fell off and the other hubcaps are barely on. I called Costco Redmond and their reply was “you can return and we will put the hubcaps back on…for the lost hubcap, you can buy your own and possibly get it reimbursed.” Wow, this is terrible customer service. I’m disappointed and would not recommend Costco Redmond tires. Wait the extra few weeks for Costco Kirkland or Costco Issaquah tire center.
